At the current time, our workforce includes forty (40) employees, representing a well rounded, technically capable and highly experience and motivated staff. More than half of our employees are degreed in one or more engineering and/or management discipline and, our employee average is in excess of fifteen (15) years automation experience.

In-House Operations
Our operation includes several staffed in-house departments including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software and controls, machine assembly and conditioning, component procurement and component fabrication. A middle management team supervises these departments and is comprised of highly experienced managers in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and component procurement and fabrication.

Coordinated Effort
Our personnel are geared to the successful management of standard and custom automation, inspection and packaging system programs. Our typical system may range in price from a few thousand to several million dollars. This equates to projects that require the coordination of tens of thousands of components and thousands of man-hours.

Modern Facilities
We maintain a 28,000 square foot facility, complete with an in-house fabrication shop for fast turn around and critical components. The facility houses both large and small-scale assembly areas that can be segregated for customer confidentiality. We operate the business in a networked computer environment where personnel have ready access to the information and resources required for performing their job functions in a timely manner.

To guarantee successful program management, we have adopted a time-proven, team driven, program management technique which binds together communication and program management between the customer personnel and the individual departments of Synergistech, Inc.
