Synergistech provides state-of-the-art
inspection systems that automatically identify, inspect, guide, gauge,
and verify parts with unparalleled accuracy, at speeds that keep pace
with the fastest production lines. Our systems accelerate production,
improve yields, and reduce scrap to better control the processes and
boost productivity.
We specialize in small part applications with close tolerances and
high degrees of accuracy and throughput. Through image analysis, image
processing and application specific software we can locate patterns,
inspect for defects, measure geometric properties and identify parts.
As manufacturing parameters become more demanding and acceptable error
rates shrink towards zero, our position as a leader in inspection

increasing levels of throughput, precision and control.
Vision/Laser Inspection Systems
Our inspection systems measure such items as gap, true position,
part presence and coplanarity. The inspection system consists of a
camera vision system and laser measurement system. The combined
package can be fully integrated with automated manufacturing
equipment (existing or new) or can be packaged as a single stand
alone module. A single module system typically consists of a machine
base, a part handling system and a loader/unloader (including
unpackaging and repackaging). The single module is capable of both
semi or fully automated operation and can be integrated in an
existing automated manufacturing process.
Rapid Development Capability
We have the ability to work with a rapid time-to-market cycle where
the product and manufacturing process are designed concurrently, all
the while keeping your economic and quality targets in focus.
Synergistech Integrated Inspection Engineers analyze your product
and process to determine whether standard inspection equipment or a
special system will be required to do the job. Evaluations of
lighting, velocity, handling characteristics and data acquisition
are conducted. (These evaluations also help to establish automation
criteria for major machine design programs, where applicable.)
Before the first component is designed, we conduct an extensive
system reliability analysis with the results dictating the process
and system enhancements.
